I have worked as a wind technician at the Traverse Wind Energy Center for a little over a year and I have had a great experience with Invenergy.

I grew up in Thomas and knew I wanted a career close to home. The project was under construction when I decided to enroll in the wind technician program at High Plains in Woodward with the intention of working at Traverse.

I enjoy what I do because I have a great, steady job where I am continually given the opportunity to learn additional skills and gain more knowledge about the industry than I ever thought I would. I specifically appreciate working for Invenergy because where some companies just preach safety, Invenergy truly means it. The company is focused on safety and we are dedicated to doing things the right way 100% of the time. It’s reassuring to know that every person on your team values your safety as much as you do.
